Tags are listed alphabetically, not by date of upload.

If you are a member of My Always List any link with AL in the file name will take you to your tags. Click on the file name of the tag you wish to view and a list of names will appear. If you have completed the information required when you joined the list, a tag will be there.

If you are a member of a Yahoo group and have requested tags from me your link will begin with GR. Click the file name of the tag you wish to view and when the list of names appears click yours.
